Advocate Rajas C. Pingle is an internationally recognised Cyber Law, Data Protection, and Technology Law Expert with over 14 years of multidisciplinary experience in cybercrime litigation, information security law, intellectual property, and digital forensics. As a Managing Partner at Netlawgic Legal Services LLP since 2011, he has successfully represented clients in high-stakes cases involving data theft, cryptocurrency fraud, digital espionage, financial cybercrime, and cross-border data breaches, including the landmark Cosmos Bank Malware Attack investigation. He is continuing this journey as a Managing Partner of RP Law Chamber

With a strong dual focus on litigation and compliance, Advocate Pingle has advised multinational corporations, fintech companies, and technology startups on legal and regulatory frameworks governing data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity.
